Spirit of America

On September 25th, we were blessed to be able to attend a Spirit of America show.  My friend, Vanessa, ordered tickets for us (it is a free show, but she had to send away for the tickets!  Thanks, Vanessa!).  Unfortunately, we drove separately, and didn't realize until we arrived that it was general seating, not assigned.  So we never did find our friends!

The show was awesome, though.  It give a history of our armed forces, from the Revolutionary War through modern times.  I'm sure I can't do it justice--please check out their website!  Here are just a few pics that I took that night.

It was an amazing evening--I'm so proud to be an American, and so proud of our men and women who serve in our military! God Bless America!
