Today's Mystery of History lesson was on "The Tower of Babel". It took a bit of discussion before Patience understood what had happened (she is 6).
We talked about how cool God is, that He even knows thousands of languages! Patience said that if she were like God (in that respect), she'd be like (switching languages quickly), "English, French, Canadian....".
We had to explain that while Canadians certainly have their own dialect, it isn't actually a different language!
