Let the Christmas baking begin! (or at least the planning!)

The list is made.  Thirteen kinds of cookies--one cookie exchange, one friend buying some off of me, and 30 trays that will be given as gifts.  As we start baking, of course I'll be sharing pictures and recipes.  For now,  I thought you'd like to see my shopping list. :)


Master 2011 Christmas Baking Shopping List

69 ¼ c flour (4 five pound bags)
23.5 t baking powder
7 t salt
11 t cinnamon
1 t ground allspice
1 t ground cloves
26.75 cups sugar (3 five pound bags)
27.25 cups butter (14 lbs)
49 eggs (5 dozen)
16 T milk
29.5 t vanilla
13.5 cups powdered sugar (2 two pound bags)
12 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
236 mini chocolate covered pretzels
236 brown m&m's
168 red m&m's
7 t lemon zest
3 T lemon juice
3 cups lemon curd
2 cups seedless raspberry jam
3/8 t peppermint extract
3 t cream of tartar
7 ½ t baking soda
1 ½ cups crushed candy canes
4 t half & half
2 cups crushed lemon drops
red granulated sugar
green granulated sugar
red Wilton candy disks
green Wilton candy disks
32 oz dark chocolate chips
32 oz milk chocolate chips
46 oz white chocolate chips
8 cups crushed peppermint Oreos
5 cup brown sugar
2 cups cinnamon chips
1 cup crushed graham crackers

4 T instant coffee

I'll bring this list with me to the store for the next few weeks, picking up a few ingredients each week.  Once December gets here, the baking will begin!
