She just had a baby in December, I think? She looks fabulous!!! And look at the caption on this photo (link above)--- "A pregnant Jennifer Garner...." She totally should sue--when she wins a bazillion dollars for mental & emotional damage, she can dedicate it to every (not so) new mother who has ever been asked if she is pregnant.
